Location

The bungalow complex is surrounded by numerous bougainvillea and hibiscus bushes and is situated right in the heart of Playa de las Americas. The nearest beach, Playa de Troya, is only 400 m away, and there are numerous restaurants, bars, shopping facilities, and the "Siam Park" water park in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The complex, with 94 units in two-story bungalows, features a pool bar, a swimming pool, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (included). The reception is located in the "Paraiso del Sol" building section. Guests also have access to a surf bar with satellite TV, sports channels, and snacks (for a fee), as well as an additional pool in the "Paradero 1" section.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex (including rooms).

Studio

The approx. 29m² studios are equipped with a combined living/bedroom with 2 single beds, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, bathroom/WC, rental safe, Wi-Fi, and balcony or terrace (S12).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (S11).

Studio Superior Paradero I

Same facilities as the studios, but renovated and located in the popular, quiet Paradero I section. These rooms also feature a shower (U2S).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (U1S).
