The family-run complex is located in the Costa Adeje district in a central yet quiet location. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is approximately 350 m away. In the immediate vicinity, there are shopping and entertainment options as well as the marina of Puerto Colón. The center of Playa de Las Américas and the Troya beach can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Amenities include a 24-hour reception with free Wi-Fi access and a cozy seating area with a large television for important sporting events. Guests can enjoy the culinary offerings in the stylish non-smoking restaurant "Ceramika" and the "Gomera" bar. Other facilities of the complex include a laundry room and an elevator. In the outdoor area, there is a heated saltwater pool (in winter) and a separate children's pool, the "Guacamayo" pool/snack bar, a sun terrace with complimentary sun loungers and parasols, and pool towels (for a fee and deposit).
