Location

The family-run complex is located in the Costa Adeje district in a central yet quiet location. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is approx. 350 m away. Shopping and entertainment options as well as the Puerto Colón marina are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the center of Playa de Las Américas and Troya beach in approx. 15 minutes.

The popular apartment complex consists of 174 rooms over 4 floors. Amenities include a 24-hour reception with free Wi-Fi access and a cozy seating area with a large TV for important sporting events. Guests can enjoy the culinary offerings in the stylish non-smoking restaurant "Ceramika" and the "Gomera" bar. Further facilities at the complex include a laundromat and an elevator. In the outdoor area, there is a heated saltwater pool (in winter) and a separate children's pool, the "Guacamayo" pool/snack bar, a sun terrace with free sun loungers and parasols, and pool towels (for a fee and deposit).
