The hotel is located in the exclusive Costa Adeje area, only approx. 150 m from Playa Fañabé sandy beach and approx. 600 m from Puerto Colón marina. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity, as well as bars and restaurants, and a taxi and bus stop. Tenerife South Reina Sofía Airport is approx. 17 km away.

This small, cozy adults-only complex (from 16 years) with a personal ambiance was built in a classic and colonial style and offers a total of 154 rooms and suites. There is an internet corner (2 PCs, free of charge), as well as a piano bar with live music. Hairdresser in the neighboring hotel "Jardines de Nivaria" for a fee. In the tropical garden complex, there are 2 seawater pools (heated all year round), a pool bar, and a restaurant. There are two sun terraces with loungers, one of which has a deck pool (heated all year round) and a whirlpool with a magnificent view of the sea and drink service. Wi-Fi throughout the complex included.

Spacious, well-equipped rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), minibar (drink package for a fee), telephone, coffee and tea maker, shower/toilet, bathrobe, and hairdryer. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and Wi-Fi included (D).

Double room Superior

The rooms, approx. 28-32m², have the same amenities as the double rooms and are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom with a shower, and in some cases a separate bathtub, or just a large Italian shower, and are located on the pool side (DSU/DSI).
Also available for single use in summer (DEU).
Upper floor available for an additional charge (2UO).
Connecting rooms available upon request.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, approx. 40-50m² in size, and additionally feature a separate bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and separate shower/toilet (S2).

Suite Superior (only bookable on request)

Same amenities as the suites, but more spacious, sunny, and located on the upper floors with exclusive furniture. Coffee and tea maker, and individual air conditioning. Bathroom with whirlpool and separate bathtub. Balcony with Bali bed, umbrella, and loungers, as well as a rain shower.

International buffet with show cooking. For dinner, the main course can be served at your table upon request. 3 theme nights per week, 1 with folklore.
Pool restaurant à la carte for a fee.
