The hotel is located in the exclusive Costa Adeje area, just approx. 150 m from the sandy beach of Playa Fañabé and approx. 600 m from the Puerto Colón marina. Numerous shopping and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity, as well as bars, restaurants, and a taxi and bus stop. Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 17 km away.

The small and cozy adults-only property (16+), with its personal atmosphere, was built in a classic, colonial style and has a total of 154 rooms and suites. There is an internet corner (2 PCs, complimentary) and a piano bar with live music. Hairdresser in the neighboring hotel "Jardines de Nivaria" for a fee. The tropical landscaped gardens feature two pools (heated year-round, one saltwater pool), a pool bar, and a restaurant. There are two sun terraces with loungers, one of which has a deck pool (heated year-round) and a whirlpool with a magnificent sea view and beverage service. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double Room Superior

These approx. 28-32m² rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms and are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom with a shower and sometimes a separate bathtub, or just a large Italian-style shower, and are located on the pool side (DSU/DSI).
In summer, also bookable for single occupancy (DSE).
Upper floor bookable for an extra charge (2UO).
Also bookable with connecting doors upon request.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, approx. 40-50m² in size, and featuring an additional separate bedroom as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower/WC (S2).

Suite Superior (only bookable on request)

Same amenities as the suites, but more spacious, sunny, and located on the upper floors with exclusive furniture. Coffee machine and tea making facilities as well as individual air conditioning. Bathroom with whirlpool and separate bathtub. Balcony with Bali bed, parasol and loungers, and rain shower. (SU2)
