Located in Costa Adeje. A small bay (with direct access from the pool area) is situated near the Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is directly in front of the hotel.

The well-known aparthotel, particularly suitable for families, features a reception hall with a desk, a lounge, a non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservation required at reception, dinner included once per stay for minimum stays of 7 nights, twice per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room, and a bar. The outdoor area includes two heated freshwater pools (during winter season) with an integrated children's pool, a splash zone, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snackbar "Bubble-Bar". Towels available for a deposit. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The apartments have been newly renovated and are comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, a separate bedroom, and a living room. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, a safe (for a fee), and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family Apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments but are equipped with a double bed for parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room, themed for families, and also include a child stool and bottle warmer. The rooms offer partial pool or garden access (APF).

Apartment Superior Sea View (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms offer sea views and bathroom amenities (ASZ).

Apartment Excellence Sea View (approx. 52 m²)

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished, with sea views and the same amenities as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms feature a large balcony or terrace with loungers, a refrigerator stocked with a welcome package (drinks) upon arrival, a coffee machine with daily capsule refills, a bathrobe and slippers, bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, and turndown service. Breakfast is served in the themed restaurant. Excellence guests have the option to dine in the themed restaurant twice per 7-night stay (reservation required). (Q12)

A selection of hot snacks, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and desserts/ice cream (10:30 AM - 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) are available at the pool bar.
Lunch (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Minor adjustments to meal times may be made depending on the season and demand.
Additionally, the mini-fridge is replenished daily.
