In the district of Costa Adeje. A small sandy bay (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina and the lively promenade is situated directly at the hotel.

The well-known apartment hotel, which is particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, lounge, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservation at reception required; dinner included once per stay for minimum stays of 7 nights, twice per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, card games room, and bar. The outdoor area includes two freshwater pools (heatable during the winter season) with an integrated children's pool, splash zone, sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snack bar "Bubble-Bar". The apartments are newly renovated and comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster (on request/subject to availability), and refrigerator. They also have a separate bedroom and living room. All apartments have air conditioning, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, rental safe and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments but are equipped with a double bed for parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room; they are themed for families and additionally include a children's stool and bottle warmer. The rooms partially have pool or garden access (APF).

Apartment Superior sea view (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments feature the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. In addition, the rooms have a sea view and bathroom amenities (ASZ).

Apartment Excellence sea view (approx. 52 m²)

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished with sea views and feature the same amenities as the Superior apartments. In addition, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with loungers, refrigerator upon arrival with a welcome package (drinks), coffee machine with daily capsule replenishment, bathrobes and slippers, bathroom amenities, pillow menu, and turndown service. Breakfast in the themed restaurant. Excellence guests have the opportunity to have dinner in the themed restaurant twice per 7-night stay (reservation required). (Q12)

A selection of warm snacks, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and desserts/ice cream (10:30 a.m.-1 p.m./3-6 p.m.) is offered at the pool bar.
Lunch (1-3 p.m.) and dinner (6:30-9 p.m.) take place as a buffet in the main restaurant.
Depending on the season and demand, small changes to meal times may be made.
