Located on the beachfront of the fine sandy Playa de los Pocillos and Playa Matagorda, which can be reached via the pedestrian promenade.
Several shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity; a variety of shops and entertainment options can be found approximately 200 m away.
The center of Puerto del Carmen is about 2 km away, and Arrecife is approximately 10 km away.

Facilities

Renovated in the summer of 2025, this comfortable hotel belonging to the Seaside Collection group is situated right on the beautiful, long sandy beach "Playa de los Pocillos," separated only by the pedestrian promenade.
Built in the traditional local style, the hotel is divided into 6 buildings, each with 4 floors, and features 528 rooms, an entrance hall with reception and luggage/bicycle storage, eight elevators, a hairdresser, boutiques, a mini-market, 2 conference rooms, three pool/snack bars (pool bar, kiosk, and Milk Lab), the "Belingo" show bar, a piano bar, and parking facilities near the hotel.
The main restaurant has a large terrace for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the à-la-carte restaurant "Arroz y Fuego" serves delicious tapas and paella.
In the 55,000 m² garden area with many subtropical plants, there is an imaginatively designed pool landscape with 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated and features saltwater), a family area with children's pools and water slides, a splash area for toddlers, a children's playground, and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
There is a separate naturist area, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the premises.

Family Room

With the same features as the Double Rooms, the Family Rooms are more spacious (approx. 33 m²). The rooms are located either on the land side (on the ground floor, or the 2nd or 3rd floor). Some rooms are on the sea side (side sea view/ground floor or 3rd floor). (DF2)

Breakfast/Half board

Extensive breakfast buffet with whole-food options.
Guests with half board also receive dinner as a buffet in the main restaurant with themed evenings and show cooking/barbecue. Additionally, our half-board guests receive a 30% discount on meals at the à-la-carte restaurant "Arroz y Fuego".

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Extensive breakfast buffet from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, lunch buffet with hot and cold dishes from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, as well as a varied evening buffet with show cooking from 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Summer/Winter). All main meals are served in the main restaurant with an outdoor terrace.
In addition, All-Inclusive guests receive a selection of cakes and waffles at the pool/snack bar from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (according to the menu). At the à-la-carte restaurant "Arroz y Fuego," our All-Inclusive guests receive a 30% discount.
A selection of national and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, served by the glass and listed in the All-Inclusive drinks menu, is included in the currently open restaurants and bars from 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM. All-Inclusive guests receive a 30% discount on drinks from the Premium menu.
All-Inclusive guests receive a corresponding card upon check-in, which must be presented with every order.

All Inclusive Premium

In addition to the All-Inclusive services, drinks from the Premium drink menu are included, as well as a selection of high-quality wines (red, rosé, and white), sparkling wine, and a branded champagne (served by the glass). Furthermore, All-Inclusive Premium guests receive a 30% discount on the most exclusive spirits and on every bottle of exclusive champagne or wine (as per the drink menu).
Lunch can alternatively be taken à la carte in a reserved area of the main restaurant's terrace. Dinner at the à-la-carte restaurant "Arroz y Fuego" is included once per person/stay (minimum 7 nights). A 30% discount is granted on every subsequent meal there.
Food in both pool bars and at the kiosk is included.
Drinks from the in-room minibar are included and are replenished once daily.
