In a prime location by the fine sandy beach of Playa de los Pocillos and Playa Matagorda, which can be reached via the pedestrian promenade.
Several shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity; a multitude of shopping and entertainment options can be found approx. 200 m away.
The center of Puerto del Carmen is approx. 2 km away, and Arrecife is approx. 10 km away.

Renovated in the summer of 2025, this comfortable hotel belonging to the Seaside Collection group is situated right on the beautiful, long sandy beach "Playa de los Pocillos," separated only by the pedestrian promenade.
Built in the traditional local style, the hotel is divided into 6 buildings, each with 4 floors, and features 528 rooms, an entrance hall with reception and luggage/bicycle storage room, eight elevators, a hair salon, boutiques, a mini-market, 2 conference rooms, three pool/snack bars (pool bar, kiosk, and Milk Lab), "Belingo" show bar, a piano bar, and parking facilities near the hotel.
The main restaurant has a large terrace for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and delicious tapas and paella are served at the à-la-carte restaurant "Arroz y Fuego."
In the 55,000 m² garden area with many subtropical plants, there is an imaginatively designed pool landscape with 2 swimming pools (one of which is heatable and saltwater), a family area with children's pools and water slides, a splash area for small children, a children's playground, and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
There is a separate nudist area and Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Rich breakfast buffet from 8 am–11 am, lunch buffet with hot and cold dishes takes place from 1 pm–3 pm, as well as a varied dinner buffet with show cooking from 6:30 pm–10 pm (summer/winter). All main meals are served in the main restaurant with an outdoor terrace.
Additionally, a selection of cakes and waffles from 3 pm–5 pm at the pool/snack bar (according to the menu). All-Inclusive guests receive a 30% discount on meals at the paella restaurant.
A selection of national and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (served by the glass) according to the All-Inclusive drinks menu is included in the respective open restaurants and bars, from 11 am–1 am. All-inclusive guests receive a 30% discount on drinks from the premium menu.
All-Inclusive guests receive a card at check-in which must be presented with every order.

All inclusive Premium

In addition to the All Inclusive services, drinks from the premium drinks menu are included, as well as a selection of high-quality wines (red, rosé, and white wine), sparkling wine, and a brand-name champagne (served by the glass). Furthermore, All-Inclusive Premium guests receive a 30% discount on the most exclusive spirits and on every bottle of exclusive champagne or wine (according to the drinks menu).
Lunch can alternatively be taken à-la-carte in a reserved area of the main restaurant's terrace. Dinner at the paella restaurant is included once per person/stay (minimum 7 nights). A 30% discount is granted on every subsequent meal there.
Food at both pool bars and the kiosk is included.
Drinks in the minibar in the room are included and replenished once daily.
