Location

The hotel is located directly on the small Las Coloradas beach cove, opposite the underwater museum "Museo Atlantico", between the fishing village of Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches on the edge of the nature reserve in the south of Lanzarote.
With good visibility, you have an excellent view of the islands Lobos and Fuerteventura and can watch the impressive sunsets.
The "Marina Rubicon" sports harbor is approximately 1 km away.
You can reach the town of Playa Blanca in about 3 km.
The Papagayo beaches are about 600 m away. The airport is about 35 km away.

The Sandos Papagayo Hotel consists of a large main building and 7 guest houses, with 488 rooms, including 15 junior suites.
The main building houses the reception and 4 restaurants, as well as a snack grill in the pool area.
The international buffet restaurant with a terrace offers show cooking and daily specialties, directly connected to the Italian restaurant "Pizzeria Veneto".
Reservations are required at the Fusion Restaurant, which offers a changing buffet (Asian and Tex-Mex/Mexican).
There are five bars (including a pool bar) and a chill-out terrace with a magnificent view of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
The complex has 2 freshwater pools for families (1 heated in winter), 1 children's pool (heated in winter), and 1 freshwater pool exclusively for adults, as well as a generously laid-out sun terrace with free sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels (included for pool use).
Further facilities include various shops, a souvenir shop, a games room, and a TV room.

Double Superior

All rooms are modernly furnished (approx. 39 m²), very spacious, and have a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a safe (for a fee), a sofa bed (for the 3rd and/or 4th person), a hairdryer, flat-screen TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (on request for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a furnished balcony/terrace. (DSU available year-round/DSB only bookable in summer.)
Also available for single use (DEU) with sea view (DMU/DME) at an additional cost.

Modern rooms with direct sea view (approx. 39 m²).
Evening turndown service with a goodnight chocolate, minibar with water and soft drinks on arrival day (refilled daily with mineral or still water thereafter), 1 bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival.
Pool towels in the room, bathrobe and slippers, candles in the bathroom, sweets and candies for children, Nespresso machine, kettle for instant coffee and tea service with refills (upon consumption).
Safe (included) as well as breakfast and dinner in the private restaurant with table service.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet. 24 hours included. Hot and cold snacks, water, soft drinks, wine, and beer available from 11 PM to 8 AM only at the snack pool bar. For precise times, please refer to the hotel's information booklet on-site. Coffee, tea, and cake from 4 PM to 6 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10 AM to 11 PM included.
Royal Elite Buffet Restaurant - exclusive for Royal Elite guests with table service for drinks.
