The spacious luxury hotel complex, built in the Canarian style (385 rooms and suites), leaves nothing to be desired for guests with high standards.
Consisting of a main building and a family building, this noble accommodation offers stylishly equipped facilities such as the lobby with reception, bar lounge, piano bar, hairdresser, and boutiques.
There are a total of 8 restaurants, which are open variably depending on occupancy: International, Italian dishes and barbecue specialties in buffet form with show cooking, plus 5 à la carte specialty restaurants: Japanese, Italian, Tapas restaurant, Canarian gourmet cuisine with authentic flavors from local, sustainable ingredients, and a lunch restaurant by the pool. The Canarian gourmet restaurant "Isla de Lobos" serves products from the hotel's own farm "Finca de Uga".
The furniture is made of teak wood, the ceilings and curtains are made of selected fabrics with motifs of Canarian textile culture.
In the well-maintained garden area, there are 1 freshwater and 1 saltwater pool (freshwater pool heated), separate children's pool (heated), 2 whirlpools (one for adults, one for children), as well as sun terraces with loungers, umbrellas, and a juice bar.
In the separate family building (which houses a freshwater pool for adults and one for children, both heated), connected to the main building by an attractively designed underpass, is the free-to-use fitness studio.

Superior Double Room

Approx. 43m², elegantly designed with teak furniture, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe and towels, and Rituals brand toiletries.
All double rooms have a large terrace, sun loungers, and garden or pool view (DSU).
Also available as single occupancy (DEU) or with sea view (DMU).

Relax Double Room

Same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms.
Exclusively bookable for adults aged 16 and over, with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants and an aromatherapy welcome package. Daily access (once per day/from 16 years old) to the thalasso center with the Biomarine Circuit (33°C seawater circuit, sauna, and steam bath). (R2Z)
Also bookable with sea view (RM2).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, larger (approx. 45 m²) and additionally feature a visually separated living area with a seating area/sofa bed, two TVs, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), and sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite

Same amenities as the Double Superior.
However, the suites are larger (approx. 65 m²) and have a separate bedroom, a living room with a seating area/sofa bed, two TVs, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, accessible via a small step.
All suites have a large terrace and sun loungers (S2/SI).
Also available with sea view (S2M), as single+child (1SK), or Interconnecting Suite with connecting door (ICS).

Economy Suite

Same amenities as the suites, but a limited quota and with garden view on the lower floors. The bathroom only has a bathtub. (S2Z)

Suite Relax (no sea view)

Bookable from 16 years of age:
Like the suites, but with a bathtub in the bathroom and additionally à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants and an aromatherapy welcome package.
Daily access (once per day) to the thalasso center with the Biomarine Circuit (33°C seawater circuit, sauna, and steam bath). The Suite Relax cannot be booked with sea view (2RS).

Duplex Suite

The 63m² duplex suites have two separate sleeping areas (a king-size bed on the lower level and 2 single beds on the upper level), an integrated living area, a separate bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, internet access, and an espresso capsule machine (three capsules per day included).
Large terrace with garden, pool, or partial sea view (S2X).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms

Located in the adjacent building (approx. 88 m²) and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a lounge with a sofa bed for the 3rd child, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, tea and coffee making facilities, 3 TVs, and a furnished balcony with garden or pool view (SF2).
With the same amenities, also bookable as Family Suite Type A 2 Bedrooms (ASF) with occupancy of max 3+0/2+1 (on specific dates).

Royal Kids Suite

Located on the 3rd floor of the family area. They have a living area of 88 m² and a furnished terrace with views of the gardens and the pool landscape.
Decorated and furnished in Canarian colonial style, they feature 2 separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one decoratively themed for children with 3 single beds), 2 separate bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a separate living area, 3 TVs, kitchenette, refrigerator, and a kettle for tea/coffee.
Extensive service packages depending on the age of the children are included, e.g.: Surprise gift for children, kids' minibar, baby monitor, children's cosmetics. (2SB)
Baby equipment: Baby bathtub with child seat and changing table.
Baby monitor, baby bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, baby food cooker, stroller/buggy, high chair.

Presidential Suite

The cozily furnished Presidential Suite (approx. 99 m²) offers, with the same amenities as the suites, views of the gardens or swimming pools and consists of two bedrooms, a separate anteroom, a living room, and two bathrooms (one with only a shower and one with a bathtub and shower) with toiletries and a large furnished terrace (approx. 38m²) overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Additional complimentary slippers and bathrobes (adults and children), microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, choice of pillows and duvets, minibar (1st filling included), safe (included), DVD/DIVX player, sound system with USB connection.
Daily newspaper and house courtesies (e.g., fruit platter, assorted cheeses, a bottle of wine, etc.), personal concierge, complimentary late check-out (upon request on-site/no advance reservation possible), and 1x Biomarine circuit (per adult) in the Thalasso Spa Center and 10% discount on massages (excluding offers) in the Thalasso Center (reservation required).

Rich breakfast buffet.
Dinner can be enjoyed in one of the 3 buffet restaurants with show cooking (Italian, International, Barbecue specialties), which are open alternately.
For dinner in the à la carte restaurants "Isla de Lobos" and "Kampai", guests with half board receive a voucher of €25 per adult / €12.50 per child (3-12 years). This can only be applied to food items costing €25 or more (or €12.50 for children). It cannot be used for drinks or cashed out if not used.
The voucher is not valid for "Don Giovanni", "Tunera Pool Bar", and "Más Tapas". These can be visited for an additional charge and with a reservation on-site.
