This luxurious hotel complex (385 rooms and suites), built in the Canarian style, offers spacious accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired for guests with high standards.
Comprising a main building and a family building, this elegant property offers stylishly appointed facilities such as the lobby with reception, bar lounge, piano bar, hairdresser, and boutiques.
There are a total of 8 restaurants, which open at different times depending on occupancy: International, Italian, and barbecue specialties served buffet-style with show cooking, plus 5 à la carte specialty restaurants: Japanese, Italian, a tapas restaurant, Canarian gourmet cuisine featuring authentic flavors from local, sustainable ingredients, and a poolside lunch restaurant. The Canarian gourmet restaurant “Isla de Lobos” serves products from the hotel’s own farm “Finca de Uga”.
The furnishings are made of teak wood, and the ceilings and curtains are made of selected fabrics with motifs from Canarian textile culture.
The well-maintained gardens feature 1 freshwater and 1 saltwater pool (freshwater pool heated), a separate children's pool (heated), 2 jacuzzis (one for adults, one for children), as well as sun terraces with loungers, umbrellas, and a juice bar.
The separate family building (which contains a freshwater pool for adults and one for children, both heated), connected to the main building via an attractively designed underpass, houses the fitness studio, free for guests to use.

Double Room Superior

Approx. 43m², elegantly designed with teak furniture, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), kitchenette, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), refrigerator, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe and towels, as well as toiletries.
All double rooms have a large terrace, adjustable sun loungers and garden or pool view (DSU).
Also available for single use (DEU) or with sea view (DMU).

Relax Double Room

Same amenities as the Double Room Superior.
Exclusively bookable for adults aged 16 and over, with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants and an aromatherapy welcome package. Daily access (once per day/from age 16) to the thalassotherapy center with the Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit at 33°C, sauna, and steam bath). (R2Z)
Also bookable with sea view (RM2).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same amenities as the Double Room Superior, larger (approx. 45 m²) and additionally features a visually separated living area with seating/sofa bed, two TVs, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), and sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite

Same amenities as the Double Superior.
However, the suites are larger (approx. 65 m²) and have a separate bedroom, a living room with seating/sofa bed, two TVs, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, accessible via a small step.
All suites have a large terrace and adjustable sun loungers (S2/SI).
Also available with sea view (S2M), for single + child (1SK), or as an interconnecting suite with a connecting door (ICS).

Suite Excellence Sea View

Bookable from 1.11.2026:
With the same amenities as the suites, including a 'Vegan Relaxing Massage' (1 hour per adult/per stay) and a bottle of cava and a cheese platter upon arrival. Children also receive a welcome gift. (2MA)

Suite Relax (no sea view)

Bookable for ages 16 and over:
Similar to the suites, but with a bathtub in the bathroom and additionally à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants and an aromatherapy welcome package.
Daily access (once per day) to the thalassotherapy center with the Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit at 33°C, sauna, and steam bath). The Suite Relax cannot be booked with sea view (2RS).

Duplex Suite

The 63m² maisonette-style suites have two separate sleeping areas (king-size bed on the lower level and 2 single beds on the upper level), an integrated living area, separate bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, internet access, and an espresso capsule machine (three capsules per day included).
Large terrace with garden, pool, or side sea view (S2X).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms

Located in the annex building (approx. 88 m²) and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), a lounge with a sofa bed for the 3rd child, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, tea and coffee making facilities, 3 TVs, and a furnished balcony with garden or pool view (SF2).
With the same amenities, also available as Family Suite Type A 2 Bedrooms (ASF) with a maximum occupancy of 3+0/2+1 (on specific dates).

Royal Kids Suite

Located on the 3rd floor of the family area. They have a living area of 88 m² and a furnished terrace overlooking the gardens and the pool landscape.
Decorated and furnished in Canarian colonial style, they feature 2 separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one child-themed with 3 single beds), 2 separate bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a separate living area, 3 TVs, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle for tea/coffee.
Extensive service packages depending on the children's age are included, e.g.: surprise gift for children, children's minibar, baby monitor, children's toiletries. (2SB)

Baby monitor, baby bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, baby food cooker, stroller/buggy, high chair.

Presidential Suite

The cozily furnished Presidential Suite (approx. 99 m²) offers, with the same amenities as the suites, views of the gardens or swimming pools and consists of two bedrooms, a separate anteroom, living room, and two bathrooms (one with shower only and one with bathtub and shower) with toiletries and a large furnished terrace (approx. 38m²) overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Complimentary slippers and bathrobes, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, pillow and duvet selection, minibar, safe (included), sound system with USB connection.
Daily newspaper and house amenities (e.g., fruit platter, assorted cheeses, a bottle of wine, etc.), personal concierge, complimentary late check-out (upon request on-site/no advance booking possible), and 1x Biomarine circuit (per adult and stay) in the thalassotherapy spa center and 10% discount on massages (excluding special offers) in the thalassotherapy center (reservation required).
Upon arrival, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket are provided in the room (PS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Extensive breakfast buffet in one of the buffet restaurants (7:30–10:30 AM).
Half board includes dinner in three buffet restaurants with show cooking: the international restaurant “Yaiza”, the Italian restaurant “La Piazzetta”, and the grill and buffet restaurant “Hacienda”.
The main restaurant for dinner is the international buffet restaurant “Yaiza”, with a daily changing theme buffet. In certain periods, another buffet restaurant may be open as an alternative.
À la carte restaurants are not included in half board. However, guests on half board receive a daily voucher worth €25 per adult or €12.50 per child (3–12.99 years) for consumption in the à la carte restaurants “Isla de Lobos” and “Kampai”. The voucher is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and can only be applied to food items above a certain minimum amount. It cannot be applied to drinks.
Drinks are not included in half board.
