Location

The hotel is located directly on the bright sandy beach, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Playa Blanca. The Marina Rubicón yacht harbor can be reached via the beach promenade in about 10 minutes on foot. The famous Papagayo beaches are about a 10-minute drive away.

The spacious, luxury hotel complex (385 rooms and suites) built in the Canarian style leaves nothing to be desired for guests with sophisticated expectations.
Consisting of a main building and a family building, this noble property offers stylishly appointed facilities such as the lobby with reception, bar-salon, lobby bar, hairdresser, and boutiques.
There are a total of 8 restaurants, which open variably depending on occupancy: international, Italian dishes, and grill specialties in buffet form with show cooking. The main buffet restaurant for dinner is the “International Restaurant Yaiza,” with a menu that changes daily. An alternative buffet is offered at specific times. Additionally, there are 5 à la carte specialty restaurants: Japanese, Italian, tapas restaurant, Canarian gourmet cuisine with authentic flavors from selected local ingredients, and a lunch restaurant by the pool. The Canarian gourmet restaurant “Isla de Lobos” serves products from the hotel's own farm, “Finca de Uga.”
The furniture is made of teak, and the ceilings and curtains are made of selected fabrics with motifs from the Canarian textile culture.
In the well-kept garden area, there are 1 freshwater and 1 saltwater pool (freshwater pool can be heated), a separate children's pool (heated), 2 whirlpools (one for adults, one for children), as well as sun terraces with loungers, parasols, and a juice bar.
In the separate family building (each with a freshwater pool for adults and one for children, which can be heated), connected to the main building by an attractively designed underpass, you will find the fitness studio, which is free of charge for guests.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The approx. 43 m² double rooms are elegantly furnished with teak furniture and feature air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), minibar (for a fee), Wi‑Fi (included), kitchenette, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle for tea and coffee, as well as a seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe, bath towels, and toiletries.
All double rooms feature a large terrace with adjustable sun loungers and garden or pool views (DSU).
Also bookable for single use (DEU) or with sea view (DMU).

Relax Double Room

Same features as the Superior double rooms. Exclusively for adults aged 16 and over with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants, aromatherapy welcome package, and daily access to the Thalasso center (1x per day/from 16 years) with Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit at 33 °C, sauna, and steam bath) (R2Z).
Also bookable with sea view (RM2).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same features as the Superior double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 45 m²) and additionally with a visually separated living room with seating area/sofa bed, two TVs, and sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite

Same features as the Superior double rooms. However, the suites are more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and feature a separate bedroom, a living room with seating area/sofa bed, two TVs, and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower accessible via a small step. All suites offer a large terrace with adjustable sun chairs (S2/SI). Also bookable with sea view (S2M), as single + child (1SK), or as an interconnecting suite with a connecting door (ICS).

Suite Excellence Sea View

Bookable from 1.11.2026:
Same features as the suites, including a “Vegan Relaxing Massage” (1 hour per adult/per stay) as well as a bottle of Cava and a cheese platter upon arrival. Children also receive a welcome gift. (2MA)

Economy Suite

Same features as the suites, but with a limited contingent and located on lower floors with garden view (S2Z).

Suite Relax (no sea view)

Bookable from age 16:
Like the suites, but with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants, aromatherapy welcome package, and daily access to the Thalasso center (1x per day) with Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit at 33 °C, sauna, and steam bath). The Suite Relax is not bookable with sea view (2RS).

Duplex Suite

The spacious maisonette-style suites (approx. 63 m²) feature two separate sleeping areas (on the lower level with a king-size bed and on the upper level with two single beds), an integrated living area, a separate bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, internet access, and a Nespresso capsule machine (three capsules per day included). Large terrace with garden, pool, or side sea view (S2X).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms

The spacious family suites in the annex (approx. 88 m²) feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), a salon with a sofa bed for the 3rd child, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, and tea and coffee making facilities, 3 TVs, as well as a furnished balcony with garden or pool view (SF2).
With the same features, also optionally bookable as Family Suite Type A with 2 bedrooms (ASF) and an occupancy of a maximum of 3+0 or 2+1 (on specific dates).

Royal Kids Suite

Located on the 3rd floor of the family area. They have a living area of approx. 88 m² and a furnished terrace with views of the gardens and the pool landscape.
Furnished in the Canarian colonial style, they feature 2 separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one decorated for children with 3 single beds), 2 separate bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), a separate living area, 3 TVs, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle for tea/coffee.
Extensive service packages depending on the age of the children are included, e.g., surprise gift for children, children's minibar, baby monitor, and children's toiletries (2SB).
Baby equipment: baby bathtub with child seat and changing unit.
Baby monitor, baby bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, baby food cooker, stroller/buggy, high chair.
Children's equipment (3-12 years): children's bathtub seat, sun hat, toilet seat, children's shampoo, shower gel, and cream, night lights, as well as a welcome gift.

Presidential Suite

The comfortably furnished presidential suite (approx. 99 m²) offers the same features as the suites, views of the gardens or swimming pools, and consists of two bedrooms, a separate anteroom, living room, and two bathrooms (one with shower only, one with bathtub and shower) with toiletries and a large furnished terrace (approx. 38 m²) with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
Complimentary slippers and bathrobes, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, choice of pillows and duvets, minibar, safe (included), sound system with USB port.
Daily newspaper as well as hotel amenities (e.g., fruit platter, various types of cheese, a bottle of wine, or similar), personal concierge, complimentary late check-out (upon request on-site/no advance reservation possible), as well as 1x Biomarine circuit (per adult per stay) in the Thalasso spa center and 10% discount on massages (excluding offers) in the Thalasso center (reservation required).
Upon arrival, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket are available in the room (PS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Rich breakfast buffet in one of the buffet restaurants (7:30–10:30 a.m.).
Half board includes dinner in three buffet restaurants with show cooking: the international restaurant “Yaiza,” the Italian restaurant “La Piazzetta,” as well as the grill and buffet restaurant “Hacienda.”
The main restaurant for dinner is the international buffet restaurant “Yaiza,” where the themed buffet varies daily. During certain periods, an additional buffet restaurant may be open alternatively.
À la carte restaurants are not included in the half board. However, guests with half board receive a daily voucher worth €25 per adult or €12.50 per child (3–12.99 years) for meals in the à la carte restaurants “Isla de Lobos” and “Kampai.” The voucher is non-transferable or non-redeemable for cash and can only be applied to meals from the respective minimum amount. It is not possible to apply it towards drinks, even if the consumption is below the respective voucher value.
Drinks are not included in the half board.
