Location

The hotel is located directly on a bright sandy beach, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. The Marina Rubicón yacht harbour can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot via the seaside promenade. The famous Papagayo beaches are about a 10-minute drive away.

This spacious luxury hotel complex, built in Canarian style (385 rooms and suites), leaves nothing to be desired for guests with high expectations.
Consisting of a main building and a family building, this noble property offers stylishly appointed facilities such as a lobby with reception, bar-salon, lobby bar, hairdresser, and boutiques.
There are a total of 8 restaurants, which open variably depending on occupancy: international and Italian dishes, and grilled specialities in buffet form with show cooking. The main buffet restaurant for dinner is the “International Restaurant Yaiza”, with a menu that changes daily. An alternative buffet is offered at certain times. In addition, there are 5 à la carte specialty restaurants: Japanese, Italian, a tapas restaurant, Canarian gourmet cuisine with authentic flavours from local, sustainable ingredients, and a lunch restaurant by the pool. The Canarian gourmet restaurant “Isla de Lobos” serves products from the hotel's own farm, “Finca de Uga”.
The furniture is made of teak, and the curtains and ceiling fabrics feature motifs inspired by Canarian textile culture.
In the well-tended garden area, there are 1 freshwater and 1 saltwater pool (freshwater pool is heated), a separate children's pool (heated), 2 whirlpools (one for adults, one for children), as well as sun terraces with loungers, parasols, and a juice bar.
In the separate family building (each with a freshwater pool for adults and children, both heated), connected to the main building by an attractively designed underpass, is the fitness centre, which is free of charge for guests.

Superior Double Room

The approx. 43 m² double rooms are elegantly furnished with teak furniture and feature air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), kitchenette, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), refrigerator, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, and a seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe, bath towels, and toiletries.
All double rooms feature a large terrace with adjustable sun loungers and garden or pool views (DSU).
Optionally bookable for single use (DEU) or with sea view (DMU).

Relax Double Room

Same facilities as the Superior Double Room. Exclusively for adults aged 16 and over, including à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants, aromatherapy welcome package, and daily access to the Thalasso Centre (1x per day/16+ years) with Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit at 33 °C, sauna, and steam bath) (R2Z).
Optionally bookable with sea view (RM2).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same facilities as the Superior Double Room, but more spacious (approx. 45 m²) and additionally featuring a visually separated living area with seating/sofa bed, two TVs, and sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite

Same facilities as the Superior Double Room. The suites are more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and feature a separate bedroom, a living room with seating/sofa bed, two TVs, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, accessible via a small step. All suites offer a large terrace with adjustable sun loungers (S2/SI). Optionally bookable with sea view (S2M), as Single+Child (1SK), or as an Interconnecting Suite (ICS).

Excellence Suite Sea View

Bookable from 1 November 2026:
Same facilities as the suites, including a “Vegan Relaxing Massage” (1 hour per adult/per stay) as well as a bottle of Cava and a cheese platter upon arrival. Children also receive a welcome gift. (2MA)

Economy Suite

Same facilities as the suites, but limited availability and located on the lower floors with garden view (S2Z).

Suite Relax (no sea view)

Bookable for 16+:
Same as the suites, but with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants, aromatherapy welcome package, and daily access to the Thalasso Centre (1x per day) with Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit at 33 °C, sauna, and steam bath). The Suite Relax is not bookable with a sea view (2RS).

Duplex Suite

The spacious maisonette-style suites (approx. 63 m²) feature two separate sleeping areas (a king-size bed on the lower level and two single beds on the upper level), an integrated living area, a separate bathroom with a bathtub, separate WC, internet access, and a Nespresso capsule machine (three capsules per day included). Large terrace with garden, pool, or side sea view (S2X).

2-Bedroom Family Suite

The spacious family suites in the annex building (approx. 88 m²) feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a lounge with a sofa bed for the 3rd child, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, and tea/coffee making facilities, 3 TVs, and a furnished balcony with garden or pool view (SF2).
Optionally bookable as a Type A 2-Bedroom Family Suite (ASF) with a maximum occupancy of 3+0 or 2+1 (on specific dates).

Royal Kids Suite

Located on the 3rd floor of the family area. They have a living area of approx. 88 m² as well as a furnished terrace with views of the gardens and pool landscape.
Decorated and furnished in a Canarian colonial style, they feature 2 separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one decorated for children with 3 single beds), 2 separate bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a separate living area, 3 TVs, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle for tea/coffee.
Extensive service packages based on the children's age are included, e.g., surprise gift for children, children's minibar, baby monitor, and children's toiletries (2SB).
Baby equipment: Baby bathtub with baby seat and changing table.
Baby monitor, bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, baby food preparation device, stroller/buggy, high chair.
Children's equipment (3-12 years): Children's bathtub seat, sun hat, toilet seat, children's shampoo, shower gel and cream, night lights, and a welcome gift.

Presidential Suite

The comfortably furnished Presidential Suite (approx. 99 m²) offers the same facilities as the suites, views of the gardens or swimming pools, and consists of two bedrooms, a separate antechamber, living room, and two bathrooms (one with shower only and one with bathtub and shower) with toiletries and a large furnished terrace (approx. 38 m²) with garden and pool view.
Complimentary slippers and bathrobes, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, pillow and duvet menu, minibar, safe (included), sound system with USB connection.
Daily newspaper as well as complimentary amenities (e.g., fruit platter, selection of cheeses, a bottle of wine, etc.), personal concierge, complimentary late check-out (upon request on site/no prior booking possible), as well as 1x Biomarine circuit (per adult, per stay) in the Thalasso Spa Centre and 10% discount on massages (excluding special offers) in the Thalasso Centre (reservation required).
Upon arrival, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket are provided in the room (PS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Rich breakfast buffet in one of the buffet restaurants (7:30–10:30 a.m.).
Half board includes dinner in three buffet restaurants with show cooking: the international restaurant “Yaiza”, the Italian restaurant “La Piazzetta”, and the grill and buffet restaurant “Hacienda”.
The main restaurant for dinner is the international buffet restaurant “Yaiza”, where the themed buffet varies daily. During certain periods, an additional buffet restaurant may be open as an alternative.
À la carte restaurants are not included in the half board. However, half board guests receive a daily voucher worth € 25 per adult or € 12.50 per child (3–12.99 years) for food in the à la carte restaurants “Isla de Lobos” and “Kampai”. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and can only be applied to food starting from the respective minimum amount. It cannot be applied to drinks, even if consumption is below the respective voucher value.
Drinks are not included in the half board.
