The upscale complex is located directly on the fantastically beautiful bay of Playa del Jablillo, right on the promenade of Costa Teguise.
Shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The main sandy beach of Costa Teguise, Playa de las Cucharas, is about a 10-minute walk away.
The capital Arrecife, easily reachable by local bus, is about 10 km away.

The hotel has a total of 300 rooms, an elegant reception (24 hours), Wi-Fi included throughout the hotel, six elevators, a TV room, a renovated buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and in addition to the "la Estrella" pool bar with a chill-out zone, the "Los Alisios" show bar is available.
The pool area consists of two seawater swimming pools (one of which is heated), as well as a separate seawater children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included.
