The upscale resort is located on the stunningly beautiful bay of Playa del Jablillo, directly on the beach promenade of Costa Teguise.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, and bars are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the fine sandy main beach of Costa Teguise, Playa de las Cucharas.
The capital, Arrecife, which is easily accessible by public bus, is about 10 km away.

The hotel has a total of 300 rooms, an elegant reception (24 hours), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel included, six elevators, a TV room, a renovated buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, and in addition to the "la Estrella" pool bar with a chill-out zone, the "Los Alisios" show bar is also available.
The pool area consists of two saltwater swimming pools (one of which is heated), as well as a separate saltwater children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included.
Pool towels are available for a deposit.

The double rooms with sea view are renovated and approximately 30 m² in size. They are located on the 1st - 3rd floor. The rooms are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor and have a separate bedroom and living room.
Further features include a hydromassage bathtub, two sun loungers on the terrace, a 50-inch Smart TV, a Nespresso coffee machine (with refills), a welcome package for the minibar, high-quality furniture, a bathrobe & slippers. Pool towels in the room.
Access to the new VIP lounge, 1 dinner per week in the à-la-carte restaurant, and late check-out (subject to availability).
