The upscale resort is located on the stunning Playa del Jablillo beach, directly on the promenade of Costa Teguise.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, and bars are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The fine sandy main beach of Costa Teguise, Playa de las Cucharas, is about a 10-minute walk away.
The capital, Arrecife, which is easily accessible by public bus, is about 10 km away.

The hotel has a total of 300 rooms, an elegant reception (24 hours), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel included, six elevators, a TV room, a renovated buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, and in addition to the "la Estrella" pool bar with a chill-out zone, the "Los Alisios" show bar is available.
The pool area consists of two saltwater swimming pools (one of which is heated) and a separate saltwater children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included.
Pool towels are available against a deposit.

The Double Rooms with sea view are renovated and approximately 30 m² in size.
