The complex has a total of 1,020 beds. Amenities include a dining room with terrace, show cooking, snack bar, and 2 elevators in the apartment building. The well-maintained outdoor area features a spacious freshwater pool, which is heated and serves as a communal pool. It is open for shared use by both complexes (SPC010 and SPC310). Restaurant, 1 children's pool, playground, and sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels (deposit required, fee for changes).

The approximately 51m² apartments are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, Wi-Fi (incl.), toilet/bathroom with bathtub, terrace or balcony (A12). The apartments are partially renovated (only possible as a non-binding customer request).
