The complex has a total of 1,020 beds. Amenities include a dining room with terrace, show cooking, a snack bar, and 2 elevators in the apartment building. The well-maintained grounds feature a spacious freshwater pool, which serves as a communal pool. It is open for shared use by both complexes (SPC010 and SPC310). Restaurant, 1 children's splash pool, playground, and sun terrace with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and pool towels available for a deposit (towels changed once per day free of charge).

The approx. 33m² studios feature a combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, WC/bathroom with bathtub, terrace or balcony (S12). The studios are not renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Suite sea view

Equipped like the apartments, additionally with air conditioning, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, bathroom with rain shower and sea view. The suites have an open wardrobe (S2M).
