Location

The complex, consisting of the La Palma Princess and Esencia de La Palma (Adults Only/from 16 years) hotels with a total of 625 rooms, is located in Cerca Vieja, municipality of Fuencaliente, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach "La Zamora" is approx. 1.5 km away.
The complex is located in one of the best climatic zones on the island, approx. 50 minutes from the airport and the capital Santa Cruz de La Palma.
Bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A local bus runs daily to Fuencaliente and to the famous Faro lighthouses.

The Adults Only area "Esencia de la Palma" (bookable under SPC534) is a section of the La Palma Princess hotel (bookable under SPC533) and has 141 rooms and a bar ("Coral").
There are 4 outdoor pools (one of which can be heated).
All facilities of the La Palma Princess hotel can be used.
The facilities of the La Palma Princess hotel include a reception, the main restaurant (Foodmarket), lounges, animation hall (Jaleo Disco), the restaurants "La Vita" and "La Tasca" are open seasonally and depending on occupancy (for a fee), Piano Bar, a small supermarket and a souvenir shop.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
There are 7 swimming pools in the beautiful complex (with a water surface of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is embedded in artificial sand with umbrellas and sun loungers, like on a beach.
Another is a children's pool directly at the mini club. In winter, a large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees).
The use of sun loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
There are 2 pool bars distributed among the different pools (open seasonally).
Furthermore, the restaurant "El Mirador" (Buffet/Included only with All Inclusive) is part of the facilities.

Accommodation

Double room

The tastefully renovated rooms, approx. 22m², have individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar (empty), safe (free of charge), flat-screen satellite TV, coffee and tea making facilities, 24-hour room service (for a fee) and a sofa bed for the 3rd person.
The bathroom has a shower with a separate bathtub and a hairdryer.
All rooms have a furnished balcony or terrace (D).
Also bookable with lateral sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) and for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Board

Half or Full Board

Half board consists of a full breakfast and dinner buffet (no drinks included).
Breakfast can be taken in the main restaurant or in the "Origen" restaurant. Late risers' breakfast in the pool restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea.
Show cooking daily and themed buffets 3 times a week.
Full board includes a rich lunch buffet in the main restaurant (drinks not included).
All restaurants are non-smoking restaurants.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive (A)

Meals are served in the hotel's main restaurant (buffet).
Breakfast and dinner in the Origen restaurant (open depending on season and occupancy, for adults only).
Locations and opening hours may vary within the season.
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, late risers' breakfast from 9 AM to 10:30 AM (Mirador), lunch buffet from 1 PM to 3 PM, snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12 PM to 5 PM in the Mirador restaurant. 5 PM to 6 PM cake and sweets.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (unbranded alcoholic drinks and bottled cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drinks menu is available at the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma 10 AM-11 PM, Salon Disco Jaleo 8 PM-11 PM, Coral (seasonally variable 11 AM-6 PM).
The other bars and restaurants are included in La Palma Princess.
For these, you will be charged the prices listed on the menu.
Please follow the rules listed so that your All-Inclusive status is not revoked (by removing the bracelet by hotel management).
* Bracelets for identifying All-Inclusive guests are attached by reception staff upon arrival.
* Broken bracelets must be returned to reception for exchange.
* Upon departure, room keys and bracelets must be returned to reception by 12 PM.
* Corresponding drinks menus are available at the listed All-Inclusive bars.
* Please identify yourself as an All-Inclusive guest at the listed bars to avoid being charged for drinks and food. Sign the order ticket when ordering.
* Each guest cannot order multiple drinks simultaneously and invite other people on the All-Inclusive bill.
* For drinks and/or food not included in the All-Inclusive offer, the price shown on the menu must be paid.
* Drinks must be ordered directly at the counter. Service is not provided at the table.
