Location

Consisting of the La Palma Princess and Esencia de La Palma (Adults Only/16 years and older) hotels, the complex has a total of 625 rooms and is situated in Cerca Vieja, in the municipality of Fuencaliente, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach, "La Zamora," is approximately 1.5 km away.
The complex is located in one of the island's best climate zones, about 50 minutes from the airport and the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma.
Bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A local bus runs daily to Fuencaliente and the famous Faro lighthouses.

The adults-only area "Esencia de la Palma" (bookable under SPC534) is a section of the La Palma Princess hotel (bookable under SPC533) and features 141 rooms and a bar ("Coral").
There are 4 pools in the outdoor area (one of which is heated).
All facilities of the La Palma Princess hotel can be used.
The La Palma Princess hotel facilities include a reception, the main restaurant (Foodmarket), lounges, and an entertainment hall (Jaleo Disco). The restaurants "La Vita" and "La Tasca" are open seasonally and depending on occupancy (for a fee). There is also a piano bar, a small supermarket, and a souvenir shop.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
In the beautiful complex, there are 7 pools (with a water surface of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is set in artificial sand with parasols and sun loungers, just like at a beach.
In winter, one large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees).
The use of sun loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
Distributed between the various pools, there are 2 pool bars (open seasonally).
Furthermore, the restaurant "El Mirador" (buffet/only included with AI) is part of the facilities.

Accommodation

Double room

These approx. 22m² tastefully renovated rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar (empty), safe (free of charge), flat-screen satellite TV, coffee and tea-making facilities, 24-hour room service (for a fee), and a sofa bed for the 3rd person.
The bathroom includes a shower with a separate bathtub and a hairdryer.
All rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace (D).
Also available to book with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM), as well as for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Meals

Half board or full board

Half board consists of a full breakfast and dinner buffet (no drinks included).
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the main restaurant or the "Origen" restaurant. Late-riser breakfast is available in the pool restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea.
With full board, a rich lunch buffet is available in the main restaurant (drinks not included). Show cooking in the evenings.
All restaurants are non-smoking.

All Inclusive

Meals are served in the hotel's main restaurant (buffet).
Breakfast and dinner are available in the Origen restaurant (open depending on season and occupancy, for adults only).
Locations and opening hours may vary within the season.
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., late-riser breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Mirador), lunch buffet from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, bread rolls, and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Mirador restaurant. 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. cake and sweets.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (non-branded alcoholic drinks and bottled cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drinks menu applies in the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Salon Disco Jaleo 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Coral (seasonally variable 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
The other bars and restaurants in the La Palma Princess are included.
For these, the prices listed on the menu apply.
Please follow the listed rules so that your All-Inclusive status is not revoked (by removal of the wristband by hotel management).
* Wristbands for identifying All-Inclusive guests are attached by reception staff upon arrival.
* Torn wristbands must be handed in at reception for replacement.
* Upon departure, room keys and wristbands must be returned to reception by 12:00 p.m.

Arrival by car

If booking with a rental car:
After receiving your car at the airport, stay to the right and drive in the direction of Mazo/Fuencaliente/Los Canarios, which you will reach after approx. 23 km.
Here, follow the left turn toward Vulkano/Hotel Teneguia/La Palma Princess down towards the coast.
You will drive past the San Antonio volcano and later pass through the small village of Las Indias.
Follow the main road all the way down until you reach a sharp left turn.
Follow this turn, and after approx. 100 m, you will see the hotel complex on the right side.
Take the third exit of the roundabout, follow the road down, and you will find the hotel's entrance area there.
