Location

The resort, consisting of the La Palma Princess (family area) and Esencia de La Palma (adults-only/16+ years) hotels with a total of 625 rooms, is located in Cerca Vieja, municipality of Fuencaliente, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach, "La Zamora," is approx. 1.5 km away.
The resort is situated in one of the island's best climate zones, approx. 50 minutes from the airport and the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma.
Bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A local bus runs five times a day to Fuencaliente and to the well-known Faro lighthouses.

The La Palma Princess resort, featuring 484 rooms divided into various blocks, is spread over 2 floors.
In the main building, you will find the reception, the main restaurant (Food Market), lounges, animation hall (Disco Jaleo), the "La Vita" and "La Tasca" restaurants (seasonally open and for a fee), piano bar, a small supermarket, and a souvenir shop.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the "La Palma Princess" lobby.
The beautiful resort grounds feature 7 pools (with a water surface of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is embedded in artificial sand with parasols and sun loungers, similar to a beach.
Another is a children's pool located directly by the mini club. In winter, one large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees).
The use of sun loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
Distributed among the various pools are a pool bar (seasonally open) and 1 restaurant (Mirador).

Suite Sea View

The suites have the same equipment as the double rooms but additionally feature a living room, terrace/balcony with sea view, and 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom has a bed as well as a sofa bed for 2 people, and another sofa bed for 2 people is in the living room (S2M).

Half board consists of a full breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks at meals are not included).
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the main restaurant, as a late-riser breakfast at the pool restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea, or in the "Mirador" restaurant.
In the evening, an additional grill buffet (depending on occupancy).
The "Mirador" restaurant is available in the pool area as a snack restaurant.

Meals are served in the hotel's Food Market (buffet).
Locations and opening hours may vary within the season.
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, late-riser breakfast from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, and snacks from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm (El Mirador), lunch buffet from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, bread rolls, and cheese/ham sandwiches) from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, cake and sweets at the "Ocean" bar.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (non-branded alcoholic drinks and bottled cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drink menu applies in the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma 10:00 am to 11:00 pm, Bar Ocean (seasonally varying 11:00 am to 6:00 pm).
The other bars and restaurants are not included in the All-Inclusive services.

Arrival by car

When booking with a rental car:
After receiving your car at the airport, keep right and drive towards Mazo/Fuencaliente/Los Canarios, which you will reach after approx. 23 km.
Follow the left turn signposted Vulkano/Hotel Teneguia/La Palma Princess down towards the coast.
You will drive past the San Antonio volcano and later pass through the small village of Las Indias.
Follow the main road all the way down until you reach a sharp left turn.
Follow this, and after approx. 100 m, you will see the hotel complex on your right-hand side.
Take the third exit of the roundabout, follow the road down, and you will find the hotel entrance area there.
