Location

The complex, consisting of the La Palma Princess (family area) and Esencia de La Palma (Adults-only/from 16 years), with a total of 625 rooms, is located in Cerca Vieja, municipality of Fuencaliente, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach "La Zamora" is approx. 1.5 km away.
The complex is situated in one of the island's best climate zones, approx. 50 minutes from the airport and the capital Santa Cruz de La Palma.
Bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A scheduled bus runs five times daily to Fuencaliente and to the well-known Faro lighthouses.

The La Palma Princess complex, equipped with 484 rooms, is divided into different blocks spread over 2 floors.
The main building houses the reception, the main restaurant (Foodmarket), lounges, animation hall (Disco Jaleo), the restaurants "La Vita" and "La Tasca" (open seasonally and for a fee), piano bar, a small supermarket, and a souvenir shop.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the foyer of the "La Palma Princess".
The beautiful complex features 7 swimming pools (with a water surface area of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is set in artificial sand with umbrellas and loungers like at a beach.
Another is a children's pool directly by the kids' club. In winter, a large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees).
The use of loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
Distributed among the different pools are a pool bar (open seasonally) and 1 restaurant (Mirador).
Furthermore, the restaurant "El Mirador" (buffet/only included with All Inclusive) is part of the facilities.

Double Room

The cozy and modern double rooms feature a direct dial telephone, safe (free of charge), coffee/tea making facilities, refrigerator (empty), air conditioning, satellite TV, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace (D/D1K). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).
Double rooms type B (DB) are located near the fitness center and include complimentary sports amenities upon arrival (bookable for ages 16 and up).

The suites have the same amenities as the double rooms but also feature a living area, a terrace/balcony with sea view, and 2 complete bathrooms. The bedroom has one bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, and another sofa bed for 2 people in the living room (S2M).

Half board includes a complete breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks are not included with meals).
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the main restaurant, as a late riser breakfast at the pool restaurant with a magnificent sea view, or at the "Mirador" restaurant.

In the pool area, the "Mirador" restaurant is available as a snack restaurant.

Meals are served in the hotel's main restaurant (buffet).
Locations and opening hours may vary during the season.
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, late riser breakfast from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM (El Mirador), lunch buffet from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and cake and pastries from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (non-branded alcoholic drinks and bottled cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drinks menu is available at the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Bar Ocean (seasonally variable from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Other bars and restaurants are not included in the All-Inclusive services.
The prices listed on the menu apply to them.
