Location

The complex, consisting of the La Palma Princess (family area) and Esencia de La Palma (Adults-only/ages 16 and over) hotels, has a total of 625 rooms and is located in Cerca Vieja, Fuencaliente municipality, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach, "La Zamora," is approximately 1.5 km away.
The complex is situated in one of the island's best climate zones, about 50 minutes from the airport and the capital city, Santa Cruz de La Palma.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A public bus runs five times daily to Fuencaliente and the well-known Faro lighthouses.

The La Palma Princess complex, equipped with 484 rooms, is divided into various blocks spread over 2 floors.
The main building houses the reception, the main restaurant (Foodmarket), lounges, entertainment hall (Disco Jaleo), the restaurants "La Vita" and "La Tasca" (open seasonally and for a fee), Piano Bar, a small supermarket, and a souvenir shop.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the foyer of "La Palma Princess."
The beautiful complex features 7 swimming pools (with a water surface area of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is surrounded by artificial sand with umbrellas and sun loungers, resembling a beach.
Another is a children's pool located directly at the kids' club. In winter, a large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees Celsius).
The use of sun loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
Distributed among the various pools, there is a pool bar (open seasonally) and 1 restaurant (Mirador).

The suites have the same amenities as the double rooms but also feature a living area, a terrace/balcony with sea view, and 2 complete bathrooms. The bedroom has a bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, and another sofa bed for 2 people in the living room (S2M).

Half board includes a complete breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks are not included with meals).
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the main restaurant, as a late riser breakfast at the pool restaurant with a magnificent sea view, or at the "Mirador" restaurant.
There is show cooking daily and themed buffets three times a week.
The "Mirador" restaurant is available as a snack restaurant in the pool area.

Meals are served in the hotel's main restaurant (buffet).

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, late riser breakfast from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM (El Mirador), lunch buffet from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and cake and sweets from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (non-branded alcoholic drinks and bottled cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drinks menu is available at the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Bar Ocean (seasonal variations from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Other bars and restaurants are not included in the All-Inclusive services.

Arrival by car

If booking with a rental car:
After picking up your car at the airport, turn right and drive towards Mazo/Fuencaliente/Los Canarios, which you will reach after approximately 23 km.
Here, follow the left turn sign for Vulkano/Hotel Teneguia/La Palma Princess down towards the coast.
You will drive past the San Antonio Volcano and later through the village of Las Indias.
Continue following the main road downhill until you reach a sharp left turn.
Follow this turn, and after about 100 meters, you will see the hotel complex on your right.
Take the third exit from the roundabout, follow the road down, and you will find the hotel's entrance area.
