In direct proximity to the sea and only a 10-minute walk from the fishing village of Puerto Vueltas. The beautiful lava sand beach, La Playa, can be reached along the small coastal road in about 400 meters. You will also find nice restaurants and shops here.

Opened in 1999, the complex features 74 apartments arranged around the freshwater pool with a children's pool. The garden area with a large sun terrace is equipped with loungers and umbrellas.
Reception open until 10 PM.

The Apartment Best Location, upgraded in Summer 2025, features the same amenities as the apartments plus a ceiling fan and additional conveniences. The rooms are centrally located in the middle section of the U-shaped building in a quiet and sunny position. Some rooms also offer a limited sea view (AA2).

Bookable from Summer 2026 under Apartment central location (AA2/AA1).
