In direct proximity to the sea and only 10 minutes from the fishing village of Puerto Vueltas. The beautiful lava sand beach of La Playa can be reached along the small coastal road in approx. 400 m. Here you will also find nice restaurants and shops.

Opened in 1999, the complex has 74 apartments grouped around the freshwater pool with a children's pool. The garden area with a large sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The Best Location apartments, upgraded in Summer 2025, feature a ceiling fan and additional amenities in addition to the same facilities as the apartments. The rooms are centrally located in the middle section of the U-shaped building in a quiet and sunny location. Some rooms also have a limited sea view (AA2). Also bookable for single use (AA1).
Available for booking from Summer 2026 under Apartment Central Location (AA2/AA1).
