Location

Directly near the sea and only a 10-minute walk from the fishing village of Puerto Vueltas. The beautiful lava sand beach of La Playa can be reached along the small promenade in about 400 m. You will also find nice restaurants and shops here.

Opened in 1999, the complex comprises 74 apartments clustered around the freshwater pool with a children's pool. The garden area with a large sun terrace is equipped with loungers and umbrellas.

The spacious, bright, and friendly furnished apartments (approx. 55 m²) feature a living room with a kitchen, dining counter, and sofa bed (for the 3rd person), separate bedroom, bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, safety deposit box (rental), telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

Schauinsland-Reisen Original:
The Best Location apartments, upgraded in Summer 2025, feature a ceiling fan and additional amenities alongside the same furnishings as the standard apartments. The rooms are centrally located in the middle section of the U-shaped building in a quiet and sunny position. Some rooms also offer a restricted sea view (AA2).
Also bookable for single use (AA1).
Available for booking from Summer 2026 under "Apartment central location" (AA2/AA1).
