Located directly at the marina of Puerto Rico, approx. 400 m to the beach, approx. 1.5 km to the shopping center of Puerto Rico.
The distance to Playa del Inglés is approx. 15 km and to the airport approx. 50 km.

Facilities

The 4-story hotel with a total of 88 accommodation units features a reception area with seating and reception desk, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a whirlpool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pool bar.

Studio

The studios for max. 2 people are brightly and pleasantly furnished, featuring a combined living/bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, rental safe, satellite TV (free), kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished balcony.
Note: There are a few steps from the sleeping area to the living area (S12/S2B).
Also bookable for single use (S11/S1B).

Super Saver Studio

Same facilities as the studios, but located in a less favorable position, without a special view, and they do not have a balcony (ST2/AST).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The apartments for max. 3 people feature the same facilities as the studios, but have an additional separate bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
