Located directly at the marina of Puerto Rico, approx. 400 m to the beach, and approx. 1.5 km to the Puerto Rico shopping center.
The distance to Playa del Inglés is approx. 15 km and to the airport approx. 50 km.

The 4-story hotel with a total of 88 units features a lobby with seating and a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a restaurant. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pool bar.

Studio

The studios for max. 2 people are brightly and comfortably furnished and feature a combined living/bedroom area with a double bed, a couch, a rental safe, satellite TV (free), a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished balcony.
Note: There are a few steps between the sleeping area and the living area (S12/S2B).
Also bookable for single use (S11/S1B).

Super saver studio

Same facilities as the studios, but located in a less favorable position, without a special view, and with no balcony (ST2/AST).
