Located above the bay and the marina of Mogán, situated below the coastal road near the picturesque and original fishing village.
It is approx. 300-500 m to the man-made sandy beach and the pedestrian area at the harbor.
Shopping center, various restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs, medical center, pharmacy, and bank in the immediate vicinity.
It is approx. 55 km to the airport.
Scheduled bus connections to other bays such as Puerto Rico, Amadores, and Playa de Taurito as well as to the village of Mogán are nearby.

The hotel complex consists of several building sections and was built on a plot of approx. 48,000 m² with numerous subtropical plants and has 487 rooms.
Hotel facilities include an impressive lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a village church, the à la carte restaurant "Los Guayres" (awarded a Michelin Star), a buffet restaurant (both non-smoking), and a disco bar.
In the spacious outdoor area, there are two swimming pools (heatable in winter) with sun loungers, cushions, and parasols, 3 whirlpools, a pool bar, and a pool restaurant.
Pool towels are available free of charge.
Archaeological park with artifacts from the Canary Island indigenous people (free entry for hotel guests).

Double Room Pool View

Same features as the double rooms, with the addition of bathrobes and pool view (PD). Also bookable for single use (PDE).

Junior Suite

Same features as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 39 m²), and additionally equipped with a separate living area, bathrobes, a separate shower in the bathroom, and 2 sun loungers on the balcony or terrace (JS2).

Super Saver Room

Same features as the double rooms, but located in a less preferred location.
Maximum occupancy can be tight (SSZ).

Double Room Superior (LPAA82)

The Double Rooms Superior are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe for rent, bath/WC, bathrobes, and a small terrace with chairs, table, and two sun loungers (DSU). For stays of 5 nights or more, guests receive a fruit basket, water, and wine upon arrival in the room, as well as one spa circuit per adult.
Optionally also bookable for single use (DSE).

These spacious family rooms offer a total of 2 bedrooms (approx. 63 m², DF2).
