Centrally and relatively quietly located, about 10 minutes' walk to the promenade and the sandy beach (partly via stairs).
Adjacent is the shopping center "La Sandia" with restaurants and bars.
The shopping center "Yumbo" with many bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as various shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is about 30 km away.
