Centrally and relatively quietly located, the promenade and the sandy beach (partly via stairs) are about a 10-minute walk away.
The "La Sandia" shopping center with restaurants and bars is located nearby.
The "Yumbo" shopping center with many bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as various shopping opportunities, is only a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is about 30 km away.

The hotel, modernized in 2024, is located on different levels (7 or 12 floors) due to its hillside location and architecture, with 127 units.
It offers a reception area with seating and reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free of charge), elevator, and an inviting buffet restaurant.
The outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter), whirlpool, sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snackbar.

Junior Suite

The comfortable rooms (approx. 31 m²) have a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a small refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), air conditioning (free of charge), bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (JS2).

Junior Suite Superior

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite, but with a larger balcony with a seating area (JU2).

Junior Suite Deluxe

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite Superior, but with "Rituals" care products, daily turn-down service, and a large terrace with seating and sun loungers.
The Deluxe Junior Suites are located on the top two floors (J2D).
