Centrally and relatively quietly located, it is approx. a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the sandy beach (partly via stairs).
Nearby is the "La Sandia" shopping center with restaurants and bars.

Modernized in 2024, the hotel is situated on different levels (7 and 12 floors) due to its hillside location and design, featuring 127 units.
