The well-managed 8-story aparthotel under German management with a total of 116 apartments across 8 floors features a reception, hotel safe for a fee, Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel), à-la-carte restaurant, bar with satellite TV, swimming pool (heatable in winter) and sun terrace, sauna (for a fee), whirlpool, and a snack bar.
Additionally, for a fee, there is an exclusive sun deck ("Captains Deck") with artificial turf, Balinese beds, a chill-out zone, and service.

The apartments feature a living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, kitchenette, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV (free), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi (free), a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a balcony.
The rooms are located on the lower floors of the main and annex buildings (AA2).

Apartment Superior

Equipped the same as the Standard apartments, but located exclusively in the main building on higher floors.
The balconies are partially glazed (AC2).
