Location

Very central, opposite the rather lively shopping and entertainment centers "Kasbah" and "Plaza" with their numerous restaurants, discopubs and discotheques. The promenade is about 200 m away and the popular sandy beach, which is reached via stairs, is about 400 m away.
The airport is about 29 km away.

Facilities

The well-managed 8-story aparthotel under German management with a total of 116 apartments on 8 floors has a reception, hotel safe for a fee, internet corner for a fee, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, à la carte restaurant, bar with satellite TV, swimming pool (heated in winter) and sun terrace, sauna (for a fee), whirlpool and a snack bar.
Also available for a fee is an exclusive sun deck ("Captains Deck") with artificial turf and Balinese loungers, a chill-out zone and service.

Standard Apartment

The apartments have a sleeping/living room, a separate bedroom, kitchenette, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV (free), air conditioning and Wi-Fi (free), bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a balcony.
The rooms are located on the lower floors of the main and adjacent buildings (AA2).

Superior Apartment

Are equipped the same as the Standard Apartments, but are located exclusively in the main building on the upper floors and were renovated in 2021.
Balconies are partially glazed (AC2).
Also bookable for single use (AC1) (partially also on the lower floors).
Also bookable with breakfast only (XAP).

Deluxe Apartment

Are equipped the same as the Superior Apartments, but are located on the upper floors.
In addition, customers receive a bottle of wine on arrival as a welcome gift and can use the sauna free of charge.
The balconies are partially glazed (AD2).
