Very central, opposite the lively shopping and entertainment centres "Kasbah" and "Plaza" with their numerous restaurants, discopubs and discos. The promenade is approx. 200 m away and the popular sandy beach, reachable via stairs, is approx. 400 m away.

The well-managed, 8-story aparthotel under German management with a total of 116 apartments on 8 floors offers a reception, safe (for a fee), internet corner (for a fee), free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, an à la carte restaurant, a bar with satellite TV, a swimming pool (heated in winter), a sun terrace, a sauna (for a fee), a whirlpool, and a snack bar.

These apartments are equipped the same as the Standard Apartments but are located exclusively in the main building on higher floors and were renovated in 2021.

Deluxe Apartment

These apartments are equipped the same as the Superior Apartments but are located on the upper floors.
