Location

This apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade (direct access) above the beach.
The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached in a few minutes' walk via a staircase.
Numerous bars with live music, restaurants and souvenir shops, as well as the well-known "Hard Rock Café" are located on the beach.
The shopping centers "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" are each approx. 1.4 km away.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

The small complex with 15 units spread over 3 floors offers free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a swimming pool (heated in winter), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.
There is no reception. Key handover and support are provided by the property manager and the tour guide.

The apartments, modernized in 2025, are bright and friendly and have a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and small refrigerator, satellite TV (free), rental safe (deposit required), air conditioning (free/individually adjustable/either in the bedroom or in the living room, not in both rooms),
bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, as well as a separate bedroom and a furnished balcony or terrace with 2 sun loungers (A12).
Also bookable for single use (A11).
With maximum occupancy, it can be crowded.
