Location

This apartment complex is situated in the prime apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade (direct access) above the beach.
The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached in a few minutes' walk via a staircase.
Numerous bars with live music, restaurants, and souvenir shops, as well as the well-known "Hard Rock Café," are located by the beach.
The "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" shopping centers are approximately 1.4 km away each.
The airport is about 31 km away.

This small complex with 15 units spread over 3 floors offers free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a swimming pool (heated in winter), and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
There is no reception. Key handover and assistance are provided by the property manager and the tour guide.

The apartments, modernized in 2025, are bright and cheerfully furnished and feature a combined living/bedroom with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, and small refrigerator, satellite TV (free), safe (deposit required), air conditioning (free/individually adjustable/either in the bedroom or living room, not in both rooms),
bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a separate bedroom and a furnished balcony or terrace with 2 sun loungers (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).
It can be cramped with maximum occupancy.
