The complex is centrally located and is approx. 100 metres from the beach promenade, from where you can reach Playa del Inglés beach via stairs.
The shopping centres "La Sandia", "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" with restaurants, bars and shops are nearby.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

Facilities

This small holiday complex has 11 apartments spread over 4 floors.
It offers a reception (open for a few hours several times a week during the day/closed on Sundays, otherwise keys are handed over and assistance is provided by the property manager and tour guide) and Wi-Fi area (free).
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The apartments are modernly equipped and have a living/bedroom with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, safe for rent, flat-screen satellite TV free of charge, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a separate bedroom as well as a furnished terrace or balcony (A12).
