The complex is centrally located, approximately 100 meters from the beach promenade, from where you can reach Playa del Inglés beach via stairs.
The shopping centers "La Sandia", "Yumbo Center", and "Cita" with restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

Facilities

This small holiday complex offers 11 apartments spread across 4 floors.
It features a reception (open for a few hours several times a week during the day, closed on Sundays; otherwise, key handover and assistance are provided by the property manager and tour guide) and a Wi-Fi area (free of charge).
An outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols are available.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are modernly equipped and feature a living/bedroom area with sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, safety deposit box (for a fee), flat-screen satellite TV (free), a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a separate bedroom, as well as a furnished terrace or balcony (A12).
