Location

The complex is centrally located and is approx. 100 meters from the beach promenade, from where you can reach the beach of Playa del Inglés via stairs.
The shopping centers "La Sandia", "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" with restaurants, bars and shops are located nearby.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

Facilities

This small holiday complex has 11 apartments spread over 4 floors.
It offers a reception (open for a few hours during the day several times a week/closed on Sundays; otherwise, key handover and assistance are provided by the property manager and the tour guide). Wi-Fi area (free of charge).
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols available.

Accommodation

Apartment 1 bedroom

The apartments are modernly equipped and feature a living/bedroom with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, rental safe, free flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (free of charge), bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a separate bedroom and a furnished terrace or balcony (A12).
