This schauinsland-reisen original bungalow complex is in a quiet and desirable location on the promenade.
It is approx. 700 m to the popular sandy beach and approx. 600 m to the "Cita" shopping center.
Restaurants, bars and shops are nearby.
The airport is approx. 36 km away.

The complex has 50 terraced bungalows, reception (daytime, staffed intermittently), free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (solar heated in winter) and a sunbathing lawn with tables and chairs.

The comfortably furnished bungalows (renovated in 2023 and 2024) have a separate bedroom with air conditioning (free/individually adjustable), combined living/bedroom with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person, a rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV (free), kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, terrace with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers (B12).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (B11).
