The popular sandy beach is approx. 700 m away, and the "Cita" shopping center is approx. 600 m away.

The complex has 50 terraced bungalows, reception (open during the day, staffed at certain hours), free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (solar-heated in winter), a sunbathing lawn, and tables and chairs.

The comfortably furnished bungalows (renovated in 2023 and 2024) have a separate bedroom with air conditioning (free/individually adjustable), a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV (free), kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, terrace with table and chairs, and 2 sun loungers (B12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (B11).
