Location

The complex is located next to the palm oasis of Maspalomas, only approx. 500 m from the start of the long dune beach and the beach promenade with restaurants, bars and shops.
Playa del Inglés is about 3.5 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.
Calm lakeside area with clear sky and vegetated shores.

The complex, renovated in 2020, has 23 residential units spread across 3 floors.
Facilities include: reception (open for a few hours several times a week during the day), small swimming pool (heated in winter) and a sunbathing lawn with loungers, as well as a FKK sun terrace.

Accommodation

Apartment 1 Bedroom Balcony

The apartments (approx. 35 sqm) are all individually and attractively furnished with a living room, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, and a balcony. They are located on the 1st or 2nd floor (A12).
(Preferred location only possible as a non-binding customer request).
If booked for 3 people: extra bed in the living room.
Also available for single use (A11).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

Equipped the same as the Apartment 1 Bedroom Balcony, but with 2 bedrooms (A22).

Apartment 1 Bedroom Terrace

Equipped like the apartments with 1 bedroom and balcony, but with a terrace or small garden and located on the ground floor (AT2).
Also available for single use (AT1).

Meals

Room Only, Breakfast, Half Board

Breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant Banderas in the Oasis Beach shopping center (approx. 300 m from the complex).
Continental breakfast from 9 am and dinner with a choice of dishes.

Hotel service

Cleaning every 2 days, towel change and linen change every 4 days.
Pool towels (against deposit/fee).
Parking is available for a fee/depending on availability on site (cannot be reserved in advance).
