The complex is located next to the palm oasis of Maspalomas, only approx. 500 m from the beginning of the long dune beach and the promenade with restaurants, bars and shops.
Playa del Inglés is about 3.5 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

The complex, renovated in 2020, has 23 units spread over 3 floors.
Facilities include: reception (open for a few hours several times a week), small swimming pool (can be heated in winter) and a sunbathing lawn with loungers, as well as a FKK sun terrace.

1 Bedroom Apartment Balcony

The apartments (approx. 35 sqm) are all individually and invitingly furnished with a living room, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony, located on the 1st or 2nd floor (A12).
(Preferred location only possible as a non-binding customer request).
For bookings with 3 people: extra bed in the living room.
Also bookable for single use (A11).

Equipped the same as the 1 Bedroom Apartment Balcony, but with 2 bedrooms (A22).

1 Bedroom Apartment Terrace

Equipped like the 1 Bedroom Apartments, but with a terrace or small garden and located on the ground floor (AT2).
Also bookable for single use (AT1).

Breakfast and dinner are served at the Banderas restaurant in the Oasis Beach Shopping Center (approx. 300 m from the complex).
Continental breakfast from 9 am and dinner with a choice of menu.

Hotel Service

Cleaning every 2 days, towel change and bed linen change every 4 days.
Pool towels (against deposit/charge).
Parking for a fee/subject to availability on site (cannot be reserved in advance).
