Situated on the southern tip of Gran Canaria in a 100-year-old palm oasis by the Atlantic Ocean, on the edge of the Maspalomas dunes, approx. 70 m from the beach.
Bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, and a promenade are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is about 35 km away.

Facilities

The design hotel with 328 rooms, spread over 7 floors, features a lobby with reception, elevator, salon bar, main restaurant with terrace, an Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Giardino," and a Spanish tapas and wine restaurant "La Bodega" (both seasonally open and at an extra charge), library with PCs and free Wi-Fi, boutiques, and a hairdresser.
In the spacious palm oasis, there is a pool (heatable), a generous sun terrace with sun loungers, cushions, and parasols, as well as a pool/snack bar.
In a separate area, there is a children's playground, baby pool, and a children's fun pool (heatable).

Furnished like the double room Superior, additionally with espresso machine and daily German newspaper.
In a prime location on the 5th-7th floor with garden, pool, or sea view (DC).
