Location

Located at the southern tip of Gran Canaria within a 100-year-old palm oasis on the Atlantic, on the edge of the Maspalomas dunes, approximately 70 m from the beach.
Bars, restaurants, shops, and a promenade are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is about 35 km away.

Facilities

The design hotel with 328 rooms spread across 7 floors features a lobby with reception, elevator, lounge bar, main restaurant with terrace, an Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Giardino," and a Spanish tapas and wine restaurant "La Bodega" (both open seasonally and at an extra charge), library with PCs and free Wi-Fi, boutiques, and a hairdresser.
In the spacious palm oasis, there is a pool (heated in winter), a generous sun terrace with loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snackbar.
In a separate area, there is a children's playground, a baby pool, and a children's fun pool (heated in winter).

In a prime location, on the 5th to 7th floor with garden, pool, or sea view (DC).
