Location

Beautifully situated hotel, directly on the sea promenade with direct access to a public bathing bay. Ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet, and a refined address for those who wish to enjoy the magic of the south. The quaint fishing village of Arguineguin is only approx. 15 minutes away on foot, Puerto Rico is approx. 3 km away, and the lively Playa del Inglés as well as the kilometer-long beach of Maspalomas are approx. 15 km away. Other beaches are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approx. 47 km away.

Facilities

The 189 rooms in total, spread over 9 floors, meet the highest comfort requirements and allow guests to feel at home without having to compromise on sophisticated international service standards.
The hotel offers a reception with an entrance area, conference rooms, an elevator, and Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel).
In the palm-lined garden, there is a large pool area as well as a baby pool (all pools can be heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
In addition to the hotel restaurant, the à la carte restaurant (open in the evening and depending on guest occupancy/for a fee/reservation required) and the pool/snack bar take care of your culinary needs.

Double Room Sea View

Comfortably and tastefully furnished (approx. 32 m²) with satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC separated from the sleeping area by a glass wall, hairdryer, makeup mirror, bathrobe, as well as a furnished balcony with sea view (DM).

Equipped the same as the Double Room Sea View, but more spacious (approx. 75 m²) and additionally with a separate bedroom and sleeping facilities for additional persons in the combined living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen as well as bathrobes and slippers (S2M).
