Location

Beautifully located hotel, directly on the promenade by the sea and with direct access to a public bathing bay. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility, a fine address for people who want to enjoy the magic of the south. The quaint fishing village of Arguineguin is only about a 15-minute walk away, Puerto Rico about 3 km, and the lively Playa del Inglés and the kilometer-long beach of Maspalomas about 15 km. Other beaches are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is about 47 km away.

Facilities

The total of 189 rooms, spread over 9 floors, meet the highest comfort requirements and allow guests to feel at home without having to forgo the sophisticated international service standard.
The hotel offers a reception with a lobby, conference rooms, elevator, and Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel).
In the garden with palm trees, there is a large pool area and a children's pool (all pools heated in winter), sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Comfortably and tastefully furnished (approx. 32 sqm) with satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, bathroom with bathtub or shower/toilet and hairdryer separated by a glass wall from the sleeping area, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and a furnished balcony with sea view (DM).
Also bookable as a single room (DEM).

Sea view suite (1 bedroom)

Equipped the same as the double rooms with sea view, but more spacious (approx. 75 sqm) and additionally with a separate bedroom and sleeping facilities for additional persons in the combined living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as bathrobe and slippers (S2M).
