Location

Beautifully located hotel, directly on the promenade by the sea with direct access to a public bathing cove. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility, a fine address for those who wish to enjoy the magic of the south. The quaint fishing village of Arguineguin is only approx. 15 minutes' walk away, Puerto Rico approx. 3 km, and the lively Playa del Inglés and the kilometer-long beach of Maspalomas approx. 15 km. Other beaches are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approx. 47 km away.

Facilities

The total of 189 rooms, spread over 9 floors, meet the highest comfort standards and allow guests to feel at home without having to forgo demanding international service standards.
The hotel offers a reception with a lobby, conference rooms, lifts, and Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel).
In the garden, lined with palm trees, there is a large pool area and a baby pool (all pools are heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
For your culinary well-being, in addition to the hotel restaurant, there is also an à la carte restaurant (open in the evening and depending on guest numbers/for a fee/reservation required) and a pool/snackbar.

Comfortably and tastefully furnished (approx. 32 sqm) with satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, bathroom separated from the sleeping area by a glass wall with bath or shower/toilet and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, and a furnished balcony with sea view (DM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM).

Suite sea view (1 bedroom)

Equipped the same as the double rooms with sea view, but more spacious (approx. 75 sqm) and additionally with a separate bedroom and sleeping facilities for additional persons in the combined living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as bathrobe and slippers (S2M).
