Location

Beautifully situated hotel, directly on the seaside promenade and with direct access to a public bathing cove. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility, a fine address for those who wish to enjoy the magic of the south. The quaint fishing village of Arguineguin is only approx. 15 minutes away on foot, Puerto Rico approx. 3 km, and the lively Playa del Inglés as well as the kilometer-long beach of Maspalomas approx. 15 km away. Further beaches are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approx. 47 km away.

Facilities

The 189 rooms in total, spread over 9 floors, meet the highest standards of comfort and allow guests to feel at home without having to sacrifice sophisticated international service standards.
The hotel offers a reception with a lobby area, conference rooms, an elevator, and Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel).
In the palm-lined garden, there is a large pool landscape as well as a baby pool (all pools can be heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Comfortably and tastefully furnished (approx. 32 m²) with satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, bathroom separated from the sleeping area by a glass wall with bathtub or shower/WC and hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, and a furnished balcony with sea view (DM).

Suite Sea View (1 Bedroom)

Furnished the same as the Double Rooms Sea View, but more spacious (approx. 75 m²) and additionally with a separate bedroom and sleeping space for additional persons in the combined living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen as well as a bathrobe and slippers (S2M).
