Location

The complex is located about 500 meters from the sea.
The nearest sandy beach in the fishing village of Arguineguin, with shops, restaurants, bars, and public bus stops, is about a 10-minute walk away.
The airport is about 50 km away and the charming village of Puerto de Mogan is about 14 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built in 2019, catering to an international clientele, features 263 units spread across 14 residential blocks, each with 6 floors. It offers a reception hall with a 24-hour front desk, elevators, free Wi-Fi areas, and a mini-market.
The outdoor area includes two swimming pools (one exclusively for adults aged 18 and over) and a separate children's pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snack bar.

2-Bedroom Apartment Type A

The apartments are tastefully furnished and feature a combined living and sleeping area, as well as two separate bedrooms (one bedroom for double occupancy and one bedroom for single occupancy). They include an open-plan kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster, oven, dishwasher, and a dining area. Amenities include satellite TV (free/no German channels), a rental safe, air conditioning (free, individually adjustable), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, iron, drying rack, and a furnished balcony or terrace with additional sun loungers (AA2).
(Preferred features regarding balcony or terrace are only possible as a non-binding customer request).
Also available for single use (AA1).

2-Bedroom Apartment Type B

Equipped similarly to Type A apartments, but with only one bathroom, and both bedrooms are for double occupancy (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds).
Some apartments have a terrace (AB2).

Equipped similarly to Type B apartments but with 2 bathrooms, and featuring a balcony (AC4).

2-Bedroom Apartment Type D

Equipped similarly to Type C apartments, but with 3 bathrooms, a washing machine, and an additional small room with a sofa bed (AD4).
