Location

The complex is located about 500 meters from the sea.
The nearest sandy beach in the fishing village of Arguineguin, with shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and public bus stops, is about a 10-minute walk away.
The airport is about 50 km away and the charming village of Puerto de Mogan is about 14 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built in 2019, with an international clientele, has 263 residential units spread across 14 residential blocks, each with 6 floors, a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, elevator, free Wi-Fi areas and a mini-market.
Outside there are two swimming pools (one of which is for adults only aged 18 and over) and a separate children's pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snackbar.

Apartment 2 Bedrooms Type A

The apartments are tastefully furnished and have a combined living and sleeping area as well as two separate bedrooms (one bedroom as a double occupancy and one bedroom as a single occupancy), an open kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, oven, dishwasher and a dining area, satellite TV (free/no German channels), rental safe, air conditioning (free, individually adjustable), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, iron, clothes rack and a furnished balcony or terrace with additional sun loungers (AA2).
(Preferred furnishing regarding balcony or terrace only possible as a non-binding customer request).
Also bookable for single occupancy (AA1).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms Type B

Equipped the same as apartment type A, but with only one bathroom and both bedrooms for double occupancy (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds).
Some apartments have a terrace (AB2).

Equipped the same as apartments type B, but with 2 bathrooms, and have a balcony (AC4).
Minimum occupancy: 4 adults/Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children

Apartment 2 Bedrooms Type D

Equipped as apartment type C, but with 3 bathrooms with washing machine and an additional small room with a sofa bed (AD4).
