Location

Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock formations). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approximately 62 km away.

Facilities

Well-known and very popular holiday complex, consisting of 6 buildings with a total of 310 units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theatre, and 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), one with an entertainment program and one quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sunbeds, and umbrellas.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 m²) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for the 3rd/4th person, a separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, safety deposit box for rent, and a balcony or terrace (AA2). Also available for single use (AA1), as single/child (AAK) occupancy, or as Type B (AB2 - different occupancy).

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bath or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with two sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, telephone, television, kitchenette, safety deposit box for rent, and a balcony or terrace. They can also be booked with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11), or as a saver apartment (SSA, max. 2 adults).
(1-bedroom apartment under FUEB20 available for single use (A11) or single+child (A1K)).

Breakfast and dinner in a varied buffet style (dinner served in two sittings). From 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, a reduced late riser breakfast is available.

A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the AI menu is available at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM.
