The exclusive Occidental Jandia Royal Level area (adults only, 18+) is located separately within the Occidental Jandia Playa complex and features 60 double rooms and 12 suites, as well as an à-la-carte restaurant (at Occidental Jandia Playa/open several times a week/reservation on-site).
Royal Level guests have access to a separate check-in/check-out, a restaurant, a bar, and a separate terrace (this area is not adults-only) with sun loungers, Bali beds, a water-lounger pool, and a whirlpool.
The outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and Balinese beds.
Guests of the Royal Level area can also use the facilities at the Occidental Jandia Playa hotel free of charge, including 2 additional outdoor pools, spa and sports area, tennis court, as well as further bars and restaurants.

Deluxe Double Room

The elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 30m²) feature a seating area, minibar (stocked upon arrival, otherwise empty/refills for a fee), coffee and tea service, free safe, free LCD satellite TV, telephone, ceiling fan, air conditioning (individually adjustable), free internet access, bathroom with rain shower head/WC, bath accessories, bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DD1).

Deluxe Suite with Sea View

Approx. 60m² in size and equipped like the Deluxe double rooms.
The rooms additionally feature a separate living area with another LCD TV, a bathroom with rain shower head/WC and an additional separate hydro-massage tub, bathrobe and slippers, and a daily refilled minibar (included), as well as a sea view (SDM).
