Only a few minutes' walk to Jandia beach.
Supermarket and shops in the small shopping center below the hotel, entertainment and restaurants are in the town center of Jandia. The picturesque fishing village of Morro Jable is about a 35-minute walk away.

The exclusive Occidental Jandia Royal Level area (adults only, from 18 years) is separately nestled within the Occidental Jandia Playa complex and features 60 double rooms and 12 suites, as well as an à la carte restaurant (in Occidental Jandia Playa/open several times a week/reservation required on site).
Royal Level guests have a separate check-in/check-out, a restaurant, a bar, and access to a separate terrace (this is not adults only) with sun loungers, Bali beds, a pool with water loungers, and a whirlpool.
The outdoor area has 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas, as well as Balinese beds.
Guests of the Royal Level area can also use the facilities of the Occidental Jandia Playa hotel free of charge, including 2 more outdoor pools, spa and sports area, tennis court, and further bars and restaurants.

Double Room Deluxe

The elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 30m²) have a seating area, minibar (filled on arrival, otherwise empty/refill for a fee), coffee and tea making facilities, free safe, free LCD satellite TV, telephone, ceiling fan, individually adjustable air conditioning, free internet access, bathtub with rain showerhead/toilet, bathroom amenities, bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DD1).

Deluxe Suite Sea View

These rooms are approx. 60m² and are equipped like the double rooms.
The rooms also feature a separate living area with an additional LCD TV, a bathroom with a rain showerhead/toilet and an additional separate hydro-massage tub, bathrobe and slippers, and a minibar that is replenished daily (included), as well as a sea view (SDM).
