Quietly situated directly next to the golf course, this hotel is located approximately 2.5 km from the beach of Jandia. Shuttle bus service to the beach is available subject to availability/guest occupancy. Entertainment options, restaurants, and shops can be found in the town center of Jandia. The town center of Jandia is about 2 km away. The airport is approximately 82 km away.

The complex consists of a main building and several 3-story annexes, offering 238 units. The hotel features an entrance hall with a reception, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, a bar, a buffet restaurant, and a themed restaurant (buffet style/reservation required). The outdoor area features two swimming pools (heatable in winter/one with slides), a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool/snack bar.

Equipped the same as the standard double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 56 m²) and additionally with a separate living area with sleeping facilities for the extra persons. These rooms have a bathtub in the bathroom instead of a shower (DF2).
