The hotel is quietly located directly on the golf course, about 2.5 km from Jandia beach. Shuttle bus service to the beach is available subject to availability and guest numbers. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are in the town center of Jandia, approximately 2 km away. The airport is about 82 km away.

The complex consists of a main building and several 3-story annexes and offers 238 units. It features a reception hall with a reception desk, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a bar, a buffet restaurant, and a themed restaurant (buffet style/reservations required). The outdoor area includes two swimming pools (heated in winter/one with slides), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a pool/snackbar.

Equipped the same as the Standard Double Rooms, but more spacious (approx. 56 sqm) and additionally with a separate living area with a sleeping facility for extra persons. These rooms have a bathtub in the bathroom instead of a shower (DF2).
