The hotel is quietly located directly on the golf course, about 2.5 km from Jandia beach. Shuttle bus service to the beach subject to availability/depending on guest numbers. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are available in the centre of Jandia. The centre of Jandia is approximately 2 km away. The airport is about 82 km away.

The complex consists of a main building and several 3-storey outbuildings and comprises 238 units. Reception hall with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, bar, a buffet restaurant, and a themed restaurant (buffet style/reservation required). The outdoor area features two swimming pools (heated in winter/one with slides), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool bar/snack bar.
