Situated in a quiet location directly by the golf course, the hotel is located approx. 2.5 km from the beach of Jandia. A shuttle service to the beach is offered subject to availability and guest volume. Entertainment options, restaurants, and shops are located in the town center of Jandia. It is approx. 2 km to the town center of Jandia.

The complex consists of a main building and several 3-story annex buildings and features 238 units. Lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, bar, a buffet restaurant, and a themed restaurant (buffet style/reservation required). In the outdoor area, there are two swimming pools (heatable in winter/one with slides), a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool/snack bar.

Same facilities as the Standard Double Rooms, but more spacious (approx. 56 m²) and additionally with a separate living area with sleeping arrangements for the extra guests. These rooms have a bathtub in the bathroom instead of a shower (DF2).
