Location

Directly on the sandy beach of Playa de Los Lagos, in an ideal surfing area, quiet, away from the usual tourist centers and located on the edge of the village of El Cotillo. A supermarket and some restaurants and bars are located approximately 500 meters away.
El Cotillo is located on the northwest coast, about 20 km from Corralejo (bus connections several times a day) and about 40 km from the airport.

The simple studio complex consists of 54 units and a reception (open for limited hours, safety deposit boxes available for a fee).

2-Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are simply but functionally furnished and have 2 separate bedrooms, a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 5th person (child), a kitchenette with two hot plates, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet, and a furnished balcony (partially 2 balconies). (A22)
Also available for single occupancy (A21).

Studios

The studios are simply but functionally furnished and have a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds and an additional sofa bed for the 3rd person (child), a kitchenette with two hot plates, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12). Please note: There is sometimes a step from the sleeping area to the living area.
Also available for single occupancy (S11).
