Location

Located directly on the sandy beach of Playa de Los Lagos in an ideal surfing area, quiet, away from the usual tourist centers and on the outskirts of the village of El Cotillo. A supermarket and several restaurants and bars are located approx. 500 meters away.
El Cotillo is situated on the northwest coast, approx. 20 km from Corralejo (regular bus connections several times daily) and approx. 40 km from the airport.

The simple studio complex consists of 54 units and a reception (open at specific hours, rental safety deposit boxes available for a fee).

Accommodation

2-Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are simply but functionally furnished and feature 2 separate bedrooms, a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping space for a 5th person (child), kitchenette with two hot plates, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, and a furnished balcony (some have 2 balconies). (A22)

Studios

The studios are simply but functionally furnished and feature a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds and an additional sleeping space for a 3rd person (child), kitchenette with two hot plates, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12). Please note: There is sometimes a step from the sleeping area to the living area.
Also bookable for single use (S11).
