Location

Located directly on the sandy beach of Playa de Los Lagos, the hotel is in an ideal area for surfing. The quiet location on the outskirts of El Cotillo, away from the typical tourist centers, offers the perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday. A supermarket as well as various restaurants and bars are located approximately 500 m away.

The simple studio complex consists of 54 residential units and a reception (open at specific hours; rental safes available for a fee).

Accommodation

The apartments are simply but functionally furnished and feature 2 separate bedrooms, a combined living room/bedroom with sleeping space for a 5th person (child), a kitchenette with two hot plates, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, and a furnished balcony (partially 2 balconies). (A22)

Studios

The studios are simply but functionally furnished and feature a combined living room/bedroom with two single beds and an additional sleeping space for a 3rd person (child), a kitchenette with two hot plates, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12). Note: There is occasionally a step from the sleeping area to the living area.
Also bookable for single use (S11).
